Job Description:

The Senior Analyst, Plan Sponsor will be responsible for functioning as an Account Management and Plan Sponsor Support for down-market cases (1,000 life). Responsible for managing renewal and annual enrollments for assigned block of business.

Job Responsibility:

Researches, and resolves eligibility and claims inquiries for an assigned book of business
Consults with internal/external customers to identify accurate information to meet customer's expectations
Responsible for managing renewal and annual enrollments for assigned block of business
Effective multitasking in a fast-paced, flexible, and adaptable environment
adherence to designated procedures
maintenance of production levels and quality goals
efficient processing of new and changing information
ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in account management or in a plan sponsor services support capacity
Must possess or obtain Health Insurance License for resident state within 90 days of hire
Demonstrates effective keyboard skills
able to navigate within a computer based, multi-systems dependent environment without assistance
knowledgeable in Microsoft products
High School Diploma or GED
