Job Description:

The Senior Analyst will develop, maintain, and enhance provider relationships, handle data analytics and reporting, and optimize operations. This role interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights to support business growth and retention.

Job Responsibility:

Conducts research, analysis and/or audits to identify issues and propose solutions to protect data, contract integrity, and performance
Manages and performs scheduled provider surveys to support Access and Availability analyses
Provides technical expertise for questions related to Multi System Youth (MSY) contracting
Partner across the organization to support network development and maintenance
Perform data analysis to support the network services
Responsible for ticket creation in support of issue resolution
Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and health care operations experience
4+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, or healthcare analytics
Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, managed care, and provider contracting, and surveys
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBase) and healthcare databases
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Experience with Medicaid
Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a matrixed organization and gain consensus and share information to various interested parties
