Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive colleague to support the Member Communications - Optimization & Support team. This role is designed for a collaborative, detail-oriented, and tech savvy approach, while expanding into administrative and point-of-contact (POC) responsibilities across travel, meeting facilitation, and leadership support.

Requirements:

1-3 years of strong administrative and organizational skills with experience supporting senior leaders
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Planner, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Loop for collaboration and content management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
High School Diploma or equivalent

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
Empathetic communicator with a service-oriented mindset
Familiarity with healthcare communications and member engagement strategies
