Job Description:

As a Senior Analyst, Member Communications and Engagement, you will play a crucial role in developing and customizing a wide array of open enrollment and healthcare engagement communications including supporting the development of multi-channel strategies and platforms. You'll support our members by creating and promoting meaningful content that demystifies the healthcare experience and helps our brand resonate.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and customize open enrollment and healthcare engagement communications for our members
Create content for various channels, including print, web, social media, email, and text
Adapt content and layouts to meet the individual needs of our customers
Collaborate with the Member Communications Center of Excellence team
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our healthcare products and benefits
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies
Support the strategic development of communication channels, insights and platform management
Develop, drive and measure best-practice education and adoption
Create consultative communications packages to help customers maximize their member education and engagement

Requirements:

3-5 years marketing or communications experience in B2B or B2C content development
Experience developing strategy for or technical development of digital communications channels including customer communications tools
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office
BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

1+ years Adobe Suite with InDesign experience
Smart Communications template management or other Marketing Technology configuration experience
1+ years Salesforce.com experience
Healthcare experience
