Mastercard is looking for a highly talented professional to support critical activities in global marketing operations. This role will be part of the Global Business Solutions Center (GBSC) at Mastercard, supporting vital global marketing operations. This role provides hands-on operational support across the Global Digital Marketing Operations functions, supporting platforms, reporting, and execution required to keep work moving efficiently and consistently at scale. The role supports Adobe Workfront, Digital Asset Management, KPI tracking, and operational reporting, along with broader marketing operations activities. The role will focus on execution, stability, and day-to-day enablement, support users, track performance metrics, and reduce manual operational effort.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day operational support for Global Digital Marketing platforms and processes
Support Adobe Workfront operations including projects, reporting, and end-user support
Support platform governance ensuring Adobe Workfront operations align with internal policies, security controls, and audit requirements
Manage Workfront licenses, user roles, permissions, groups, and access controls to ensure secure and efficient platform usage
Monitor projects, intake queues, and requests to ensure efficient platform use and operational issues are identified and addressed promptly
Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and trackers used for operational and leadership reporting, and support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
Support data quality and governance by identifying missing information, incomplete records, and inconsistencies across projects and workflows
Assist with asset and content operations, including access requests, uploads, metadata management, asset governance activities, and basic troubleshooting
Create structured presentations and visual materials for leadership updates, KPI reporting, platform communications, training, and user enablement
Assist in developing and maintaining training materials, quick reference guides, and user documentation to support platform adoption
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in marketing operations, project management support, digital operations, or platform administration roles
Experience working with Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively and provide strong stakeholder support
Demonstrable ability needed: to take up stretch assignments, manage multiple priorities at once, and deliver high-quality work in a changing and fast-paced environment. Ability to think on the feet and provide outputs in a dynamic set up
Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create structured, high-quality presentations, training materials, user guides, and operational reports
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks and priorities simultaneously
