Job Description:

Our client, a multinational in the Well-Being industry, is looking for a Senior Analyst, Management Control to complete its team. As Senior Analyst, Management Control, you will be responsible for compiling quarterly forecasts, performing financial analysis, preparing supporting schedules for various external and internal presentations, and assist with various IT projects and initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and analyze consolidated quarterly forecast results and annual plan, including the development of the planning and forecasting documents and presentation decks
  • Perform variance analysis to prior forecast and year-over-year for various budget/forecast inputs
  • Coordinate and liaise with cross-departmental internal teams
  • Suggest and implement planning and forecasting process improvements
  • Participate in special projects and take on other duties as assigned
  • Evaluate the profitability of projects, products and investments
  • Develop financial dashboards to track key performance
  • Provide recommendations to management on strategic decisions based on financial analysis
  • Assist with various IT projects and initiatives
  • All other related tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous assignments
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
