Job Description

The GM Loyalty team is seeking a Senior Analyst to support creative strategies, consistent messaging, and engaging experiences that build customer loyalty and drive GM Rewards program participation. This role focuses on executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels—including CRM, retail, website, media, and experiential—while collaborating closely with internal teams and agency partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will manage day-to-day campaign execution, maintain program documentation, and contribute to creative development that aligns with GM Rewards objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Showcase brand ownership by ensuring that the brand integrity is maintained throughout our channels and the greater GM enterprise
  • Manage day-to-day elements of the GM Rewards integrated marketing campaigns (email streams, statements, SMS, media support, website content, etc.)
  • Support creative execution for retail offers and ensure consistency across channels
  • Review and route creative assets for approvals with agencies and internal teams
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal and external partners to gather requirements, communicate progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Formulate the creative strategy for new vehicle sales and new Member campaigns
  • Collaborate on audience messaging architecture and ensure alignment with program goals
  • Ensure creative and consistent use of messages while providing ongoing marketing and communication feedback
  • Break down broad challenges into prioritized initiatives, using structured problem solving and data-driven reasoning to move concepts into creative execution
  • Align with analytics and the business lead to validate insights through a test and learn approach, ensuring tactics are continually optimized based on results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of marketing, advertising, or CRM experience
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing programs and cross-channel platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in loyalty programs, retail programs, credit cards, e-commerce, or automotive preferred
