Senior Analyst, Implementations

• Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team to gather and analyze client requirements
• Assist in developing implementation plans
• Work with internal departments to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects
• Interacts directly with plan sponsors, addresses inquiries, and provides guidance during the implementation process
• Facilitates mutually-beneficial relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the implementation process
• Delivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team

• 1-3 years of work experience in implementation or project management
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• High School Diploma or GED

Prior implementation and/or project management experience in the health insurance industry
