Job Description:

The Senior Analyst of HR Business Solutions will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives aligned with our evolving operating model. You will work closely with Strategic HR Business Leaders and leverage Centers of Excellence (COEs) to help implement HR programs and solutions that address key business needs. This is a dynamic role for a solution-oriented HR professional who thrives on complexity, flexibility, and high-impact collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and support the execution of the HR Business Solutions Team initiatives through the Integrated Business and Talent Planning process
  • Collaborate with HR Business Leaders and business stakeholders to gather requirements, organize project components, and ensure timely delivery
  • Support the implementation of programs such as talent planning, organizational changes, or process improvements
  • Monitor project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to keep efforts on track
  • Gather and analyze data to support recommendations and evaluate solution impact
  • Promote alignment with HR processes, policies, and standards during implementation
  • Foster collaboration across HR functions to streamline execution and problem-solving
  • Continuously seek feedback to improve the quality and impact of HR solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, project coordination, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a matrixed environment
  • Familiarity with HR programs such as organizational design, talent planning, or change management a plus
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects or supporting HR transformation initiatives preferred
