Job Description:

This position will provide financial reporting and support for the Retail Store Payroll. The purpose of the role is to report weekly and monthly financial performance, as well as Forecasting and Budgeting for Store Payroll & Field Management organization. Many of these reports are a critical tool used by the leadership team to help manage the Financial and operational performance of the business.

Job Responsibility:

Budgeting/Forecasting Retail Operating Payroll, Non-Op Payroll, & Field Management
Reporting on Weekly & Monthly results vs Budget/Forecast
Maintenance of financial data sources
Effectively communicating results and findings to leadership
Proactively identify systemic improvement opportunities and work through implementation
Assist in various department projects in support of team goals

Requirements:

2+ years of financial reporting experience, preferably in a retail organization
1+ years of experience with PowerPoint and Excel Modeling
Bachelor's Degree

Nice to have:

3+ years of experience financial reporting, preferably in a retail organization
1+ years of experience Essbase, SAP, SQL
