Job Description:

The Uber Finance Transformation Management Office (TMO) is looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team as a core member of the EPM Optimization Strike Team. This person plays a crucial role in leading and driving the evolution of our financial processes and systems, combining strong FP&A domain expertise with structured transformation execution in a fast-paced environment. The focus of this role is the technical execution and data integrity of our transition toward a standardized, driver-based planning model. You will apply your FP&A process and systems expertise to define business processes that improve automation, standardization, and simplicity.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation, corporate finance, or a similar analytical systems role with a proven track record of driving process improvements
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering is preferred
  • strong familiarity with FP&A software solutions such as Oracle EPM, HFM, or DRM
  • experience transitioning organizations toward standardized, scalable forecasting models
  • collaborative leadership skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • outstanding business insight, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • strong conceptual understanding of allocation methodologies, headcount planning drivers, and FX rate mechanics, with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs between financial precision and system complexity
