Job Description:

The Business Continuity Senior Analyst role will implement CVS Health’s Enterprise Resiliency strategy, driving continuous program improvement and coordinating Business Continuity functions like BIAs, BCP development, and incident management plans.

Job Responsibility:

Work with department leaders to develop BIAs, risk assessments, risk mitigation solutions, and BCPs
Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify gaps and address deficiencies in recovery strategies
Facilitate the development of Site Incident Management plans and exercises
Support business units during significant events
Develop program tools and train business partners
Facilitate Business Continuity training and awareness
Facilitate meetings, mock/simulation exercises, and emergency notifications
Manage emergency notification system for business units
Utilize Business Continuity planning tool for program updates
Perform program and project activities as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience
1+ year of combined experience in Business Continuity, Enterprise Resiliency, Risk Management, Crisis Management, Emergency Management, Project Management, or Operational Management
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience

Nice to have:

Strong project management experience
Experience using and maintaining BC planning tools
Experience with emergency notification system
Experience in presenting to, and proven ability to effectively communicate with senior management
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills
