Job Responsibility

  • Be the data subject matter expert—know it, love it, explain it
  • Curate and validate data that feeds into sales compensation systems
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and data models
  • Collaborating across teams: Sales Comp, HRBPs, Data Engineering, Reporting
  • Own the data lifecycle: discovery, profiling, testing, documentation
  • Build and execute UAT plans and ensure data quality through QA checks
  • Provide transparency and alerts to upstream data owners
  • Drive proactive improvements and suggest enhancements to data systems
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
