Job Responsibility:
Manage corporate financial planning (annual budget, quarterly forecasts, strategic plan) and coordinate the consolidation of data from different business units
Analyze monthly financial performance, explain key variances (revenue, margins, expenses, cash flow) and provide actionable recommendations to management
Develop and maintain robust financial models for medium- and long-term projections, including scenario and sensitivity analyses
Assess the profitability of investments, strategic initiatives, and CAPEX projects, supporting capital allocation decisions through structured analyses
Act as a business partner with operational teams, understand performance drivers, challenge budget assumptions, and support the achievement of objectives
Actively contribute to financial transformation projects, including improving FP&A processes, automating reporting, and standardizing practices
Develop and enhance BI tools and management dashboards (KPIs), ensuring the quality, consistency, and integrity of financial data
Prepare concise, decision-oriented executive presentations for the management committee and the board of directors
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA an asset)
4 to 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A
Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools
Excellent communication skills with non-financial stakeholders
Natural leadership, autonomy, and a strong results orientation
