Senior Analyst, Contract Implementation and Audit

• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of contract maintenance work
• Independently resolve complex or non-standard contract maintenance activities
• Execute complex contract maintenance activities
• Own and coordinate contract lifecycle activities
• Respond to internal/external inquiries related to contract set-up
• Adhere to standard operating procedures
• Demonstrate speed and simplicity through process innovation
• Identify training needs and process gaps
• Ensure timely progression of assigned work
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders
• Monitor key metrics and operational performance

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate relevant experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience in contract maintenance and implementation, commercial operations, pricing, finance, analytics, or related area
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle concepts
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project management and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Advanced proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management platforms like BAM, Model N, or similar
• High attention to detail with a strong control mindset and commitment to process adherence and documentation

Experience with reporting/BI tools and enterprise reporting platforms preferred
