Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst - Configuration Manager (MECM & Intune) to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Analyst – Configuration Manager (MECM & Intune) to support enterprise endpoint management services. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in endpoint lifecycle management, software distribution, patch compliance, and co-management strategies.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and administer MECM (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune platforms in enterprise environments
  • Support co-management setup between MECM and Intune and transition workloads where applicable
  • Ensure smooth operation of endpoint services across Windows, and where applicable, cross-platform devices
  • Package, test, and deploy applications using MECM and Intune
  • Manage OS deployments using MECM Task Sequences and Intune Autopilot
  • Perform application lifecycle management (deployment, upgrades, retirements)
  • Configure and manage patching solutions (ADR in MECM, Update Rings in Intune)
  • Monitor patch compliance and remediate vulnerabilities
  • Implement compliance policies and configuration baselines across devices
  • Deploy configuration profiles and endpoint security policies via Intune
  • Implement BitLocker, Defender, Conditional Access, and security baselines
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise security and compliance policies
  • Track endpoint compliance, deployment success, and health metrics
  • Generate reports via MECM (SSRS) and Intune dashboards
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to deployments, policies, and endpoint configurations
  • Participate in RCA and implement preventive measures
  • Collaborate with L2/L3 teams and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM) and Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
  • Knowledge of endpoint lifecycle (provisioning → management → decommissioning), OS imaging and deployment, Azure AD / Entra ID integration
  • Experience with patch management and compliance frameworks, co-management and hybrid endpoint setups
  • 5–8 years of experience in endpoint management or workplace services
  • Proven experience in enterprise-scale environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in global delivery / consulting environments

  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • Azure / Security certifications
  • PowerShell scripting (Good to have)
  • ITIL-based service management
