Job Description:

Our client, a growing finance advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Analyst to support startup and growth-stage companies across financial analysis, reporting, and day-to-day finance operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to client finance teams, financial modeling, and operational insights in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support financial analysis, reporting, and month-end close activities
  • Build and maintain financial models and variance analyses
  • Analyze and reconcile accounts
  • research discrepancies and propose solutions
  • Prepare client-ready reports and presentations with actionable insights
  • Support finance systems and process improvements alongside senior team members
  • Assist with audit support and ad-hoc client initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related roles
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable in client-facing environments
