This role offers exceptional career growth potential within one of JLL’s highest-performing regional businesses. The successful candidate will gain exposure to landmark transactions, an international investor base, and the dynamic evolution of the GCC investment landscape. You will play an integral role in delivering complex real estate transactions, detailed financial analysis, and high-impact client deliverables. As part of JLL’s global network, you will also be expected to embrace a technology-forward mindset—leveraging the latest digital tools, AI-driven solutions, and JLL’s proprietary tech platforms to optimize productivity and enhance our analytics and advisory output.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support senior team members on both buy-side and sell-side mandates, contributing to the successful execution of investment transactions across the UAE and GCC
  • Develop advanced financial models, cash flow analyses, and investment appraisals using Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
  • Prepare and deliver investment memoranda, pitch presentations, and transaction documentation reflecting JLL’s highest standards of quality and precision
  • Manage data rooms, transaction infrastructure, and departmental databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
  • Maintain deal trackers and CRM (Capforce) systems to monitor capital flows and market activity
  • Collaborate closely with Research, Valuation, Advisory, and other JLL service lines to enrich client outputs and enhance cross-functional delivery
  • Engage directly with investor clients through meetings, calls, and written communications to present opportunities and insights
  • Identify and refer cross-selling and partnership opportunities across JLL’s Middle East and Global network
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, market commentary, and internal development programs that elevate JLL’s brand and team profile
  • Adopt and champion technology-led approaches, incorporating AI tools and JLL’s tech stack to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and drive analytical innovation
  • Perform additional project-based assignments as directed by senior management

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in real estate investment advisory, capital markets, or corporate finance
  • Strong academic credentials in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline
  • Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, combining clarity, professionalism, and strategic insight
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Arabic language skills are strongly preferred
  • Excellent team player with a proactive and resourceful approach to collaboration and project ownership
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
  • Sound understanding of UAE and GCC real estate investment markets, with interest in regional macro trends and cross-border capital flows
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools, emerging technologies, and JLL’s tech platforms to maximize performance and deliver data-driven insights
