  • Engage directly with investor clients through meetings, calls, and written communications to present opportunities and insights
  • Identify and refer cross-selling and partnership opportunities across JLL’s Middle East and Global network
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, market commentary, and internal development programs that elevate JLL’s brand and team profile
  • Adopt and champion technology-led approaches, incorporating AI tools and JLL’s tech stack to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and drive analytical innovation
  • Perform additional project-based assignments as directed by senior management

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in real estate investment advisory, capital markets, or corporate finance
  • Strong academic credentials in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline
  • Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, combining clarity, professionalism, and strategic insight
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Arabic language skills are strongly preferred
  • Excellent team player with a proactive and resourceful approach to collaboration and project ownership
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
  • Sound understanding of UAE and GCC real estate investment markets, with interest in regional macro trends and cross-border capital flows
