Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 to 9 years of relevant professional accounting and finance experience, including work experience at a fund administrator or an alternative investment firm
  • Proven experience in calculating private equity or real estate waterfalls using automation tools
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively

Nice to have

  • Experience in waterfall automation, with a focus on improving processes and reducing manual effort
  • Familiarity with fund administration software such as Yardi, Investran, Allvue, or eFront
