Senior Analyst, Account Management

• Manage portfolio of client accounts
• Analyze complex client data, account performance, and market trends
• Develop complex account plans and strategies
• Conduct routine business reviews with clients
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Design and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports
• Implement proactive account management and customer support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Identify and assess risks within client accounts

• 3-5 years industry work experience
• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
• Health & Life Insurance license (or required to obtain after 90 days of employment)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
