Senior Analyst- Regulatory Reporting

• Fulfill institutions’ regulatory reporting obligations by reviewing requirements, writing reports and queries, conducting QA testing, and submitting data
• Provide scheduled reports and ad hoc analytics to inform the organization of key metrics, trends, and industry comparisons
• Develop deep understanding of business and system processes underlying data across multiple business groups
• Serve as primary data provider to teams within Regulatory Affairs
• Support the Government Relations and Communications teams
• Partner with IT to leverage new analytics platforms and reporting tools
• Review data prepared by other colleagues for external release
• Participate in large data projects
• Track industry news, public policy reports, proposed regulations, or legislation
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting procedures and customer service
• Complete other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Five (5) plus years of experience in data analytics, data reporting, data science, programming, market research, or closely related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate or advanced skills in one or more of the following: SQL, Google BigQuery, MS PowerBI, R, SPSS, SAS, MS Access, Cognos, Informatica, Snowflake, Tableau, or similar applications
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and project management skills
• Ability to problem-solve, work independently, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to present complex information in a straightforward way
