Job Description:

The Sr. Analyst of Global Lounge Marketing Strategy will play a key role in shaping marketing, PR, and content efforts for the Global Lounge Collection, an industry-leading network of over 1,550 airport lounges worldwide, including American Express’ flagship Centurion® Lounges. The Sr. Analyst will also be responsible for strengthening cross-functional partnership with product and benefit owners globally to enhance marketing claims and processes to ensure the best possible customer experience at every touchpoint. In addition to redefining Global Lounge marketing, the Sr. Analyst will also support the execution of the American Express’ Centurion Lounge at the US Open.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and own all Global Lounge Collection marketing claims, leading marketing approvals and updates to digital content to drive competitive differentiation, Card Member engagement and industry leadership
  • Collaborate with global product and marketing teams to develop leading lounge content across below-the-line marketing channels, social and PR
  • Act as primary point of contact with compliance and legal partners as needed to drive adherence to all applicable rules and regulations
  • Partner closely with Manager on strategy and execution of a cross-channel, integrated marketing plan including go-to-market for key lounge heat moments such as new lounge openings, signings and The Centurion Lounge at the US Open

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of professional marketing or PR experience
