• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience
• strong interest in technology and the ability to grasp complex software engineering concepts
• exceptional organizational and communication skills
• proven ability to synthesize and summarize large amounts of technical information
• proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• proactive approach to seeking clarity and following up effectively
• process-oriented with a knack for optimizing workflows
• self-starter with accountability for delivering accurate, complete information
