Job Responsibility
Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models (forecasts, valuation, scenarios) to support strategic decision-making
Lead FP&A processes, including budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
Build and challenge business cases for strategic initiatives, investments, and growth projects
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risks, opportunities, and financial impacts
Support transaction initiatives and special projects (e.g., M&A, partnerships, investments) through rigorous financial analyses
Work closely with operational teams to translate business challenges into concrete financial implications
Produce strategic analyses and high-value executive presentations to support key stakeholder decision-making
Optimize and automate financial tools, models, and processes to improve the efficiency and quality of analyses
Requirements
Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
Professional certifications CPA or CFA, a major asset
3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or M&A
Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced reporting
Excellent Excel skills, including automation and complex analyses
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with management and stakeholders
Autonomy, rigor, and ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously
