Job Responsibility

  • Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models (forecasts, valuation, scenarios) to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead FP&A processes, including budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Build and challenge business cases for strategic initiatives, investments, and growth projects
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risks, opportunities, and financial impacts
  • Support transaction initiatives and special projects (e.g., M&A, partnerships, investments) through rigorous financial analyses
  • Work closely with operational teams to translate business challenges into concrete financial implications

Requirements

  • Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • Professional certifications CPA or CFA, a major asset
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or M&A
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced reporting
  • Excellent Excel skills, including automation and complex analyses
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with management and stakeholders
  • Autonomy, rigor, and ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously
