Your Role in the Transformation As a Senior Analyst in HR Operations EDM, you will act as a subject matter expert for Pre‑Payroll and HR data management with deep Workday expertise. You’ll own data integrity, audits, and reporting while driving process standardization and automation. This role places you at the core of Baxter’s transformation, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and innovation in HR operations that directly impact employee experience and organizational trust.
Job Responsibility
Serve as SME for Pre‑Payroll and HR Domain with advanced Workday expertise
Solve complex employee data cases and escalations with precision
Own Workday data integrity, audits, and reporting to ensure reliability
Guarantee accuracy and timeliness of employee data across systems
Generate periodic HR reports and dashboards for leadership visibility
Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing
Drive HR process standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives
Support system enhancements, including UAT and change management
Maintain Knowledge Articles and SOPs to strengthen operational clarity
Train and mentor junior team members on HR transactions
Requirements
Several years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or GBS
Strong understanding of HR processes (employee lifecycle, payroll inputs)
Proven expertise in HR data quality and process improvement
Experience leading HR projects and driving automation
Advanced Workday and ServiceNow knowledge
Advanced Excel skills
Power BI experience is an advantage
Excellent communication skills in English
Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred)
Lean certification (good to have)
5–9 years of experience in HR Operations
Experience supporting North America or EMEA preferred
