Job Description:

Senior Analyst role working with internal rebate and legal teams gathering and redacting rebate manufacturer contracts. Responsible for coordinating, managing, tracking, reviewing, researching, and redacting rebate manufacturer contracts in support of Client Initiated Rebate Audits. Works closely with clients, various auditors, client account team, legal, and other internal departments to ensure completion of requested audits with consistency and minimal disruption to business.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate, manage, track, review, research, and redact rebate manufacturer contracts in support of Client Initiated Rebate Audits
Work directly with rebate and legal teams
Work directly with Third Party auditors, clients, and internal business areas
Manage multiple projects with short turnaround times
Lead and execute limited number rebate audits across all lines of business
Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of exceptions identified during audit process
Document correspondence with internal partners and auditors
Track all contracts to ensure rebates team is prepared for audits

Requirements:

Must be located in Arizona
1+ years of prior relevant experience in project management
6+ months of prior relevant experience in audit
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge or background of pharmacy rebates
Critical thinking
Easily adapting to change
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong Project Management skills
Ability to interact effectively with internal partners
Strong ability to maintain attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to have:

Past project management experience
Experience reviewing/redacting contracts
High proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce
