Senior Analyst – Architecture, Design & Engineering

• Support data management, migration and tool use such as Microsoft Projects/Server and TRIRIGA
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the A/E Manager
• Coordinate project documentation including contracts, permits, drawings, and specifications
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
• Assist in coordination of project meetings including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking
• Prepare and maintain project reports, presentations, and documentation

• 3+ years of experience in Design, Architecture, Engineering, and associated processes
• Strong experience in a variety of construction types and good understanding of construction documents, specifications, materials, and processes
• Experience in reading and preparing Architectural & Engineering technical drawings and documentation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, design, and problem-solving skills
• Possess strong presentation skills with ability to influence others
• Experience in systems and software including AutoCAD and BIM (Revit), Excel, Word, Photoshop and PowerPoint
• Willing to travel 15%
• Bachelor or Technical Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Interior Design required or equivalent work experience
