Senior Analog/High-Speed IC Design Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing Own the design of high-speed analog IC blocks (e.g., TIA, front-end, equalization) Contribute to SerDes architectures at advanced data rates Lead designs from concept through tape-out and silicon validation Perform lab bring-up, measurement, and debugging Work closely with layout, digital, and system teams Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong technical culture What We’re Looking For 15+ years of experience in Analog Integrated Circuit Design Proven track record of multiple IC tape-outs with measured results Deep expertise in high-speed design (SerDes, TIA, or front-end circuits) Strong understanding of signal integrity, jitter, and high-frequency effects Hands-on lab/debug experience Experience with standards like PCI Express or UCIe is an asset Nice to Have: Exposure to silicon photonics or electro-optical interfaces Experience with advanced process nodes (FinFET, SOI) Why This Role Real ownership of high-speed IC design work Small, highly technical team with strong impact Opportunity to mentor and shape next-generation designers Exposure to emerging areas like photonics-enabled connectivity Hybrid flexibility (Toronto-based) Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation aligned with senior-level expertise Hybrid work environment High-growth, engineering-focused culture End-to-end exposure across the IC design lifecycle Salary Range: $140 - $220
