Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Anaesthetic and Recovery Lead in meeting departmental objectives
  • Mentor junior members of the team
  • Participate as a practitioner in delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based care
  • Work with multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-focused service
  • Provide clinical leadership and develop staff
  • Improve quality compliance within the department

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with NMC
  • Anaesthetic and Recovery post-registration qualification
  • Teaching / Mentoring experience and /or qualification
  • Right to work in the UK
