Job Description

Our client, a leading Consulting firm, is in need of a Sr. Amazon Connect Engineer for an initial 12 month contract onsite 5 days a week onsite in Plano, TX. The Sr. Amazon Connect Engineer will be supporting an enterprise AWS Connect Migration for a top 5 commercial bank. The customer is significantly behind on the migration and need extra support to meet their timelines. The initial migration project they will be supporting will be migrating the customers outbound dialing to AWS Connect.

Job Responsibility

  • Designing and implementing AWS Connect and AWS Services
  • Developing and maintaining infrastructure as a code using Terraform for automated cloud resource provisioning
  • Building, deploying and optimizing applications and integrations using Python within the customers AWS ecosystem
  • Configuration of IAM, Lex, Lambda, KMS, S3, etc.
  • Supporting an enterprise AWS Connect Migration for a top 5 commercial bank
  • Supporting the migration of the customers outbound dialing to AWS Connect

Requirements

  • 5 – 7 years of overall experience
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise implementation and / or migration efforts around Infrastructure and Cloud projects with a focus on Contact Center, specifically AWS Connect
  • Experience developing and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform for automated cloud resource provisioning
  • Experience building, deploying and optimizing applications and integrations using Python (secondary Java) within an AWS ecosystem
  • Experience creating and maintaining CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins and / or Jules
  • Experience managing code repositories using Git and / or Bitbucket
  • Experience implementing and supporting RESTful APIs for contact center integrations
  • Experience supporting container orchestration and deployments in an AWS Cloud environment
