We're looking for a strategic commercial leader to shape the future of our airport partnerships across TUI Airline's global network. Working in lockstep with our Supplier Management & Procurement (SM&P) Airport Relations team, you'll drive commercial advantage, unlock cost efficiencies, and build relationships that fuel our growth ambitions. You will also be expected to build effective working relationships with the tourism and regulatory affairs teams. The role sits within Airline Commercial and Network Planning & B2B Sales and reports to Head of Strategic Airline & Airport Partnerships.
Job Responsibility:
Shape and implement airport partnership strategies that align with network growth and cost-efficiency goals across multiple regions
Lead high-value, multi-year negotiations with airport stakeholders, securing performance-based incentives and innovative terms
Optimise airport contracts to ensure consistent commercial governance, support renegotiations, and drive cost recovery initiatives
Represent TUI Airline in senior partner discussions, foster collaborative problem-solving, and act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders
Provide commercial insights and accurate cost forecasts to inform network and financial planning
Track and report on the financial and operational performance of airport deals, producing dashboards and deep dives
Requirements:
Proven experience in leading complex, high-value commercial negotiations with airports or infrastructure partners
Deep understanding of airport economics and contractual frameworks
Ability to work collaboratively in joint teams made up of different organizational units
Strategic thinking to link airport partnerships to network performance and route-level profitability
Commercial acumen to evaluate and optimise cost structures
Data-fluent, comfortable with performance tracking, forecasting, and developing commercial KPIs and dashboards
Skilled communicator and influencer, able to engage at senior levels both internally and externally
Flexibility and willingness to operate and travel frequently across multiple regions and regulatory environments
Passionate about the pursuit of industry best practice through innovation and continuous improvement
Strong business English (written & spoken)
