Join TUI Airline as a Senior Airline Partnerships Manager - SPA and play a crucial role in expanding our virtual network through strategic airline partnerships that enhance our global connectivity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and optimise a regionally relevant SPA strategy that aligns with TUI's strategic connectivity gaps, growth markets, and seasonal network needs
  • Lead commercial negotiations with airline partners to secure favorable prorate terms and scalable structures tailored to seasonality and customer flow patterns
  • Drive continuous commercial optimisation by monitoring key performance indicators and initiating data-driven renegotiations for underperforming routes
  • Ensure interline pricing supports competitiveness and profitability across regions
  • Act as the single point of contact for all commercial SPA topics, building trust-based relationships with partner airlines
  • Innovate SPA models to support strategic goals, including piloting new fare structures and flexible routings to strengthen long-haul feeder traffic and access remote markets

  • Deep expertise in SPA design, fare structures, and interline commercial models across various markets
