2-3 years relevant working experience freight forwarder (Export Air freight Sector is a must)
Minimum 2 year experience with directly handling airline bookings
Good working knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel. Knowledge in MS Access is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Focal Point of Contact with clients for freight related requests
Follow the end-to-end customer profile and maintain existing business
Procure the best rates from the airlines after identifying the best solution for the customer
Coordinate with sales team, agents & Aramex offices to ensure all RFQ’s are answered & ensure to achieve their target
Communicate to sales, agents & Aramex offices for any new offers and/or promotions that customers can benefit from
Approach airline & vendors for net cost
Negotiate & follow the airlines policies, trucker, clearance vendors & push to for reduced costs
Maintain good relationship with vendors (airlines, trucking suppliers, packing companies) for proper handling
Up-load all quotations on system
Follow day to day shipments with airlines & vendors
