Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated import airfreight specialist to deliver national import airfreight solutions. Based in our Brisbane office, this position is ideal for someone with airfreight experience who’s ready to take ownership of results and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This a role with real career growth potential as our business continues to expand in the time-critical airfreight space.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating end-to-end solutions for Key Customers (including bookings, documentation, cartage, customs reporting, job invoicing)
  • Serve as a primary contact, liaising with Customers, Carriers, Service Providers, and Overseas Partners
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication, rapid problem-solving, and thorough follow-up
  • Proactively resolve shipment issues, escalating when necessary to maintain on-time performance
  • Identifying and implementing changes to support continual improvement, business growth and the development of best practice SOP

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with an International Freight Forwarder
  • Clear, confident communicator with stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

Prior experience using CargoWise (CW1) is advantageous
