Job Description:

This role is designed for a professional with a strong track record in driving digital transformation projects, managing sophisticated AI integrations, and serving as a technical advisor during pre-sales engagements. You will leverage your expertise to design and deploy advanced AI solutions for industrial clients, while managing relationships with delivery partners and ensuring the highest standards of technical execution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design of scalable AI architectures that seamlessly integrate with existing enterprise systems, directly addressing complex industrial challenges
  • Develop tailored AI models and proof-of-concept prototypes that demonstrate clear business value and operational impact
  • Conduct technical feasibility assessments to validate solution designs and ensure alignment with strategic business requirements
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI projects - from initial scoping and conceptualization to deployment and post-implementation support ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Engage closely with client representatives, internal R&D teams, product design team, and technical staff (both software engineering and data science) to maintain clear communication and alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines
  • Implement effective risk management strategies while maintaining rigorous quality standards throughout project execution
  • Provide high-level consulting on AI strategies and digital transformation roadmaps that empower clients to gain competitive advantages
  • Analyze and reengineer business processes with AI-driven enhancements to boost operational efficiency and drive measurable results
  • Lead change initiatives by advising on best practices for technology adoption and delivering targeted training to upskill client teams
  • Serve as the technical authority during pre-sales activities, articulating the capabilities of Beyond Limits’ platforms, frameworks, and products to prospective clients
  • Identify and select the right delivery partners, then train and support them on our technologies to ensure they meet our high technical standards
  • Work in close partnership with delivery leads and external developers to manage project development, ensuring seamless integration and successful client outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in enterprise technology consulting and managing complex AI solution deployments, particularly within industrial or high-tech sectors (Preferred 8-12 years), more is a plus
  • University degree in computer science, or related (M.Sc. or PhD is preferred)
  • Deep technical expertise in AI frameworks, platforms, and integration methodologies
  • Demonstrated success in technical pre-sales support and in managing strategic partner ecosystems
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of delivering transformative digital solutions

  • MBA, or business degree is a plus
