Job Description:

We’re hiring a hands-on Senior AI Solutions Architect to help shape the future of Generative AI solutions across industries such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications. This is a chance to join a well-funded, fast-scaling AI company (fresh off a nine-figure funding round at unicorn valuation) and make an immediate impact designing, building, and delivering real-world GenAI applications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Turn ideas into outcomes — design, scope, and deliver production-ready GenAI solutions with clear success metrics
  • Prototype & productionise — retrieval, agent, and fine-tuning workflows
  • integrate APIs & data sources
  • stand up evaluations and dashboards
  • Own the client journey — from discovery to delivery, guiding customers through architecture decisions
  • Shape best practice — codify patterns, publish explainers, and share pragmatic insights back to Product & GTM

Requirements:

  • Proven experience shipping Generative AI solutions in production
  • Strong Python coding skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of GenAI toolsets: retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration/agents, fine-tuning, vector search
  • Experience designing & deploying ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Ability to communicate complex architectures clearly with clients and stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector)
  • Exposure to Responsible AI / Trustworthy AI frameworks
  • Authored blogs, talks, or internal playbooks on GenAI best practice
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP
