Job Responsibility:
Support and co‑create lighthouse AI use cases together with business and IT teams – from early solution design to implementation on our central AI platform
Translate business requirements into reusable GenAI solution patterns, with a strong focus on prompting & evaluation, knowledge grounding/RAG, and AI security guardrailing
Advise use case teams on solution architecture and implementation approaches for customer‑facing and business‑critical GenAI applications (e.g. chatbots, AI assistants)
Act as a trusted advisor and technical sparring partner, enabling teams to apply GenAI tools effectively, securely, and responsibly in an enterprise environment
Based on hands‑on co‑creation experience, identify gaps and improvement needs in the AI platform and feed them back in close collaboration with platform teams
Stay close to developments in Generative AI, LLM architectures, RAG, agent‑based patterns, and AI‑supported development, and apply them pragmatically in real‑world lighthouse projects
Requirements:
University degree in (business) informatics, computer science, or a comparable technical qualification with a strong AI focus
At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing AI‑based solutions in cloud‑based, enterprise‑scale environments
Deep hands‑on expertise in production‑grade GenAI applications, especially in prompting, grounding, evaluation, and response quality optimization
Strong architectural understanding of enterprise AI solutions, including AI platforms, APIs, orchestration patterns, and agent‑based approaches (preferably in AWS or Azure)
Proven experience in implementing secure and compliant AI solutions, with appropriate guardrails for privacy, robustness, and regulatory requirements
Independent and solution‑oriented working style, strong collaboration and consulting skills and experience in agile environments
Proven experience in designing GenAI Solutions for seamless, scalable and enterprise-ready operations as well as good German skills (at least B1) and business-fluent English skills
