Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Designer to join the OpusClip design team. You’ll collaborate with designers, PM, Engineering, and AI/Research to build AI-first creation experiences and improve our core product. This role covers the Agent Opus editor, key OpusClip workflows, and style rubric iterations. You’ll help shape new interaction patterns and make both the product and its outputs better over time.
Job Responsibility
Contribute to designing the Editor experience within our Agent module, from concept to polished UI
Work with PM and Engineering to improve core OpusClip product workflows
Partner with AI/Research to define and refine video output styles and controls
Help build human evaluation standards and processes for video quality iteration
Support product strategy with clear design thinking and user insight
Evolve the design system and ensure consistency across platforms
Validate solutions through data, research, and usability testing
Requirements
3–5+ years of product design experience and shipped real products
A strong portfolio showing solid UX/UI and interaction craft
Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems and simplifying complexity
Clearly articulate design taste and guide AI-driven video production
Proficient in Figma and able to produce clear prototypes/specs
Interested in AI products and designing within model constraints
Strong communicator and collaborative with PM/Engineering/Research
Care about both usability and the quality of user outcomes
Nice to have
Experience designing AI products, editing tools, video workflows, or creator platforms
Familiarity with quality frameworks, evaluation systems, or human-in-the-loop workflows
Experience working in fast iteration cycles driven by growth, retention, or conversion metrics
Ability to use motion or prototyping to communicate interaction intent and elevate product feel
