Job Description

We are seeking New Generation of Developers—one who views AI as their primary collaborator rather than just a tool. You will leverage the latest reasoning models and Agentic Workflows to redefine the development paradigm, shifting the focus from "how to write code" to "how to define logic and verify outcomes."

Job Responsibility

  • AI-Augmented Development: Masterfully utilize AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude Code) to achieve hyper-efficient feature delivery and refactoring
  • Model Capability Testing: Participate in advanced AI Coding Benchmarks, identifying logical pitfalls (hallucinations) in model-generated code and providing high-quality RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) corrections
  • Vibe Coding Practice: Explore and optimize natural language-driven development flows. Refine prompt strategies to increase AI accuracy in complex business logic scenarios
  • Architecture & Review: Act as the human "gatekeeper" for large-scale AI-generated codebases, ensuring industrial-grade standards in security, scalability, and performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Full-stack or Backend experience
  • Expert proficiency in at least two languages (Python and TypeScript preferred)
  • AI Training/Labeling Experience (Crucial Advantage): Direct experience with data annotation platforms
  • Experience as a Code Evaluator or Reviewer, with a deep understanding of common model failure modes across different programming languages
  • Tooling Geek: A heavy user of Cursor/Claude who is highly sensitive to LLM iterations and understands Agentic Workflow concepts (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI)
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to decompose complex business requirements into precise, model-interpretable instructions
