This role blends strategic innovation management with hands-on AI solution design to maximize both impact and scalability.

Job Responsibility:

Identify and prioritize AI opportunities that bring measurable value to business and customers
Lead research and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) in AI/ML (e.g., predictive analytics, automation, NLP, computer vision)
Design, prototype, and deploy applied AI solutions in collaboration with data and engineering teams
Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating strategic goals into AI initiatives
Track emerging AI trends, assess vendor/startup solutions, and recommend adoption strategies
Build internal AI knowledge-sharing programs and mentor teams in AI adoption

Requirements:

5+ years in IT, Data, or Product roles (experience at the intersection of tech and business)
Proven track record in AI/ML projects (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NLP, or similar)
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience in innovation management, digital transformation, or product strategy
Excellent communication skills to engage both tech and non-tech stakeholders
Fluent in English (C1 level preferred)
