Evaluate, recommend, and integrate third-party AI vendors and solutions, especially in healthcare applications such as NexTech, call center automation, AI-powered scribing, clinical trial identification, and revenue cycle management bots
Build, customize, and deploy AI tools (including Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot) to create efficiencies, automate workflows, and generate actionable insights from company data (databases, emails, PowerPoint presentations)
Support clinical teams by automating patient identification for trials, improving documentation, and leveraging AI scribes in NexTech
Assist management in leveraging AI-driven dashboards and analytics (PowerBI) to monitor key business and clinical metrics
Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant integration of AI applications
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare data requirements, privacy/regulatory standards, and industry best practices
Serve as an internal consultant, staying knowledgeable about company operations and proactively looking for opportunities to drive organizational change via AI
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or closely related field
Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions, preferably in healthcare or life sciences settings
Familiarity with common AI platforms and LLMs (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot), and visualization/reporting tools (PowerBI)
Experience working with large datasets, clinical systems (especially NexTech), and integrating with EHR or healthcare applications
Track record of partnering cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders
Strong problem-solving, communication, and self-management skills
Ability to “athlete” across various business units, rapidly adapt, and deliver results in a fast-evolving environment
Nice to have:
Previous work in clinical trial data, revenue cycle management, or healthcare call center AI is highly advantageous
Exposure to both clinical and financial data and operations
