The AI Platform Team enables Awin teams to build, ship, and operate AI-powered products safely, consistently, and efficiently. We focus on the shared platform and enablement layer for AI development across the company. That includes reusable services, internal APIs and SDKs, platform patterns, observability, evaluation support, guardrails, cost visibility, and practical guidance that helps teams move from experimentation to production with confidence. This is a team for engineers who enjoy building internal platforms, creating paved roads for others, and raising the engineering quality bar for AI development across the organization. We are looking for a Senior AI Platform Engineer — Foundations, Reliability & Architecture to join the AI Platform Team and help define, build, and operate the shared platform capabilities that other teams will use to develop AI-powered products. In this role, you will work on the technical foundations of AI development at Awin: shared services, internal APIs and SDKs, architecture patterns, observability, runtime reliability, and production readiness. You will help shape the platformʼs golden path and make sure it is scalable, supportable, and easy for other teams to adopt. This role is best suited to a strong platform engineer with solid AI production judgment. We care more about evidence of technical ownership, architectural thinking, and operational maturity than about a specific number of years working with AI.
