Job Description:

As a Senior AI Engineer, you won’t be siloed into a single product. You will lead the design and deployment of sophisticated AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP solving complex business problems for the biggest names in the region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design end-to-end AI/ML pipelines using Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, and Cognitive Services
  • Implement robust deployment strategies to ensure models are scalable, monitored, and retrainable
  • Work closely with stakeholders from various industries to translate vague business problems into high-performing technical solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers and set the standard for clean, modular code and architectural best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Software or Data Engineering, with at least 2-3 years specifically focused on AI/ML
  • Proven expertise in Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse
  • Proficiency in Python (PySpark, FastAPI, LangChain/LlamaIndex) and SQL
  • Experience fine-tuning or deploying Generative AI models and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
  • A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience)
