Job Description

The Senior AI Development Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions. This role combines modern software engineering practices with advanced AI capabilities to build intelligent systems that drive operational efficiency and business value.

Job Responsibility

  • Designs and develops primarily Internet/web pages, applications such as e-commerce and content-driven websites
  • Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents and implements applications using a variety of languages and platforms
  • Develops proof-of-concepts and prototypes of easy-to-navigate user interfaces (UI)
  • Ensures that applications are compatible across multiple computing platforms and browsers
  • May require familiarity with streaming media concepts and techniques
  • May also involve responsive web design techniques
  • Solves complex problems
  • Works independently, receives minimal guidance
  • May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Azure cloud technologies preferred
  • Proficiency in C#,.NET, PowerShell, and Python preferred
  • Experience with AI/agentic frameworks and machine learning concepts preferred
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and enhance AI agents preferred
  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Master of Arts/Science (MA/MS) preferred
  • Azure Fundamentals preferred
  • Azure AI Fundamentals preferred
  • Azure Developer Associate preferred
