Job Description:

Join WorkNest Secure to build AI-driven cybersecurity solutions, from threat detection to proactive defence. Innovate, deploy, and transform enterprise security as part of a cutting-edge team. This is a hands-on engineering role in a forward-thinking team driving AI adoption in cybersecurity at enterprise scale. As our AI Developer, you’ll be pioneering how AI is used in cyber security - transforming how we detect and respond to threats, optimising security operations, and unlocking new proactive defence capabilities across WorkNest’s offerings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable AI/ML solutions to tackle cybersecurity challenges
  • Own the end-to-end AI development lifecycle
  • Stay at the cutting edge of AI and cybersecurity by researching emerging techniques
  • Contribute to best practices and reusable tools for AI engineering within the team
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including penetration testers, security analysts, software engineers, and product managers
  • Help embed AI capabilities into our GuardNest platform and other products

Requirements:

  • Proven development experience with Python (and ideally another language)
  • Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
  • Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI or machine learning models in production environments
  • Experience with NLP, LLMs, or vector databases would be highly advantageous
  • A strong interest in cybersecurity
  • Familiarity with concepts such as OWASP, CVE, or SIEM would be beneficial
  • Experience deploying applications or models on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to accuracy, reliability, and performance in AI systems
  • A genuine enthusiasm for AI innovation and a proactive approach to learning new technologies
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience delivering AI/ML projects in production environments
