Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI-driven solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role involves working with cutting-edge generative AI tools and platforms to deliver innovative solutions that align with business objectives. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-regional teams and play a pivotal role in shaping transformative projects within the organization. Job Responsibility:

Develop agents (declarative, custom, and autonomous) using tools like Graph Connectors, API plugins, and Teams Message Extensions
Design and implement applications leveraging Power Platform Copilot Studio
Create production-grade generative AI plugins, extensions, and microservices using OpenAI and Azure OpenAI
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with project requirements
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to team members
Collaborate with global development teams and actively participate in Agile stand-ups
Work with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Deliver projects that exceed expectations and adhere to quality standards
Assess and recommend technology solutions to enhance business processes
Continuously improve development practices, design techniques, and documentation
Provide leadership and support to intermediate developers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in large-scale software implementations
At least 1–2 years of experience with generative AI tools
Certifications in Microsoft .NET Development, Power Platform, or Azure Services (preferred)
Expertise in service-oriented, event-driven, and microservices architectures
Proficiency in RDBMS (e.g., MS SQL, Dataverse) and API-based integration development
Experience with Agile SDLC methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and Git repositories
Strong understanding of UX principles, including user stories and prototyping
Familiarity with technologies such as Copilot Studio, Teams AI Library, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Functions
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform Connectors
Knowledge of Python, React, and Azure Integration Services
