The design and product workflow is changing — and this role sits right at the center of that shift. You’ll lead a client-facing engagement where the goal is to replace a traditional Figma-first process with an AI-native prototyping practice. That means turning live client conversations into working, interactive prototypes — not in weeks, but in the same session. It’s a large-scale, high-visibility project where your ability to close the gap between requirements and validated design will directly shape delivery speed and client confidence.
Job Responsibility
Own the client relationship as the senior product-side voice
Drive the shift from static mockups to AI-native prototyping
Define and maintain the product backlog
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Coach and direct the design team toward AI-native ways of working
Requirements
5–7+ years as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role on complex software delivery engagements
You communicate clearly and confidently with senior non-technical stakeholders
Daily hands-on experience with AI-native prototyping platforms (v0, Lovable, Base44, Figma Make, Claude Artifacts, Cursor, or similar)
Comfortable with prompt-driven solution design
Senior product ownership mindset
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or above
Experience in the US healthcare domain is a strong advantage
