Job Responsibility:

  • Designing & Implementing AI Solutions: Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust AI-driven automation solutions, focusing on eliminating manual operations and optimizing workflows across various domains
  • Hands-On Development & Optimization: Dive into the code to build and refine AI/ML models, automation scripts, and integration components. Ensure solutions are performant, scalable, and maintainable
  • Applying Best Practices: Apply modern software development, MLOps, and DevSecOps best practices. Focus on secure-by-design principles, understand complex AI models, and create reliable, scalable, and secure systems that leverage AI
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, conducting code reviews, and contributing to overall team knowledge sharing
  • Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with other development teams, product managers, and business users to understand pain points, define technical requirements, and deliver high-impact automation solutions
  • Staying Current: Explore and evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies in AI, machine learning, and automation to continuously improve our capabilities

Requirements:

  • Experienced Developer: Significant experience as a software engineer in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of full software development lifecycle
  • Strong Programming Skills: Proficient in one of Python (especially for AI/ML), Go, Java. Experience with JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) for UI development is a significant plus
  • Cloud & Container Experience: Experience containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), and CI/CD pipelines
  • AI/ML Foundation: Understanding of AI/ML concepts, their practical application to automation, data processing, and predictive tasks is modern and highly welcome
  • Microservices & APIs: Experience with microservices architecture, designing and consuming REST APIs, and working with message queuing systems like Kafka
  • Problem Solver & Team Player: A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team to deliver innovative solutions
  • Growth Mindset: Passionate about learning and adapting to new technologies, particularly in the rapidly evolving fields of AI and automation
