Job Description

The Senior Agile Coach will spearhead enterprise-level Agile transformation initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to embed Agile principles, elevate delivery performance, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement across Vodafone.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive large-scale Agile transformations across business units and departments
  • Coach senior leaders to align Agile practices with strategic business goals
  • Design and implement Agile governance frameworks that ensure compliance and manage risk
  • Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to enhance Agile maturity and performance
  • Build and nurture Agile communities of practice and knowledge-sharing ecosystems
  • Lead the adoption of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or the Spotify model
  • Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement Lean/Agile practices to optimize flow and reduce cycle times
  • Define, track, and analyze Agile metrics to measure team and organizational progress
  • Champion Agile values and principles to drive cultural and mindset shifts
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote healthy team dynamics
  • Lead retrospectives and feedback loops to foster a learning-oriented environment
  • Support effective use of Agile tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, and Miro
  • Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to align Agile practices with CI/CD pipelines
