Job Responsibility

  • Participate in software design, development, and implementation of Adobe AEM (Provide advanced-level technical design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation skills)
  • Ensure the software developed adheres to best practices and quality standards through code and design reviews
  • Assess remaining work effort for time to complete estimates
  • Interface with the client in support of integration design
  • Interface with engagement and project managers to ensure proper adherence to SDLC and to conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning
  • Define implementation processes, quality gates, and standards for design and development
  • Provide motivation and guidance to the development team during the systems development life cycle
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems encountered during the development
  • Support the team when it comes to technical decisions and mentoring
  • Design and implement migration scripts to move assets, metadata, and content structures from AEM On-Prem to AEM Cloud
  • Collaborate with architecture and DevOps teams to optimize AEM Cloud environments, pipelines, and repositories
  • Contribute to the integration between AEM Assets, Content Hub, and Adobe Express to enable creative workflows
  • Participate in proofs of concept or early integrations involving Adobe GenStudio and Firefly API

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Java and experience developing features for both AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service, including migration or adaptation of existing components
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript (especially React, Vue) would be beneficial
  • Experience in active participation in Agile Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Status Meeting, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospection)
  • Knowledge of AEM Setup/Configuration, Capacity Planning, caching, and performance optimization
  • Experience managing or automating content and asset migration from AEM On-Premise to AEM Cloud (using scripting or API-based tools)
  • Strong understanding of AEM Assets Cloud Service, including Content Hub configuration and integration with Adobe Express
  • Familiarity with Adobe GenStudio and Adobe Firefly to support next-gen creative workflows
  • Good understanding of Adobe IMS authentication and integration patterns between AEM Cloud and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
  • Strong capabilities in diagnosing and solving technical problems during the development
  • Good Knowledge in maintaining client libraries and the introduction and usage of next-gen frontend frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of AEM Sites and AEM Assets
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM)
  • Very experienced in integration approaches of 3rd party systems
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
